Regular License Support Policy
- Support Not Included: Support services are not included with the Regular License.
- Documentation and Source Code: The Regular License includes complete documentation and the product's full source code.
- Issue Resolution: Bug fixes and issue resolution are provided, but only for existing features.
- Limited Communication Channels: Support via Skype or WhatsApp is unavailable under the Regular License. Additional fees may apply.
- Premium Support: Purchase an Extended License to access premium support services.
Extended License Support Policy
RecommendedSupport Guidelines
- Free Support: Available for 6 months from the purchase date.
- After the Free Period: If your support period has expired, you can extend it by purchasing a support extension from RazinSoft (additional fees apply).
What Support Covers
- Technical issue resolution for the purchased source code.
- Not Included: Customization, development, or consulting services.
Installation for Extended License

App Store & Play Store Upload:
Uploading apps is not included in the Extended License. If you need this service Upload fees: $150 for new developer accounts, $100 for existing accounts. Customers must provide the developer account details for uploads.
Additional Services:
Any requests outside technical issue resolution will require additional fees. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us through our support portal or submit a support ticket.
